English (US) is listed as the default CTL and Asian language under Tools -
Options - Language Settings - Languages.
This seems to be somehow caused by carrying over my user profile from 4.1 (and
before that 3.6, etc.) -- when I tried with a clean profile, English was not
listed there.
Using Debian Linux, LibO 4.2.0 RC3, packages from TDF.
