Sample showing impossible-to-delete paragraph

If a paragraph is ever inserted between two tables, it seems like it is
impossible to delete it. Pressing delete just moves the cursor out of the free
paragraph and into the last cell of the table above.

Please open the attached demo file for a simple example

Steps to reproduce:
1. Table->insert table
2. Place cursor after the table and type something (creatring a paragraph)
3. Insert another table after the free paragraph
4. Try to delete the paragraph between the tables.

Current behavior: Placing cursor at start of 2nd table or in the paragraph
between tables, and pressing delete, has no effect (except to remove any text
from the paragraph, if present).

Expected behavior: The paragraph should be deleted from the document some way
or another

Operating System: Linux (Other)
Version: 4.2.0.3 rc
