Hello,
you can do "start recovery" or "cancel".
It you press start recovery, result is  "recovery successful", but next
time the same file is there again
If you press "cancel", then "no", it returns you to recovery screen. Cancel
- yes quits recovery, but next time you start LO, it is there again,

This behavior is persistent between upgrades: I have installed the RC2 and
thought I will fix the problem. But not, it is still there.

It is fair to say that it stared after LO crashed on me. Crashes are very
rare, LO is very stable. But this recovery is exactly for situations like
this after all...
