Have tested on Writer and Calc.
Probably affects Base and Impress too, but I haven't tested.
Steps to reproduce:
* Open either application, empty file.
* Make the toolbar "Form Controls" visible and insert any form (I've only
tested Checkbox and Textbox).
* Export directly as PDF, enter any file name and save.
* An error message appears. In this particular case it says:

H:\mineDokumenter\textbox.pdf
---------------------------
Windows cannot find 'H:\mineDokumenter\textbox.pdf'. Make sure you typed the
name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start
button, and then click Search.
