Spreadsheet which demonstrates the problem

Steps to reproduce:

1. open attached spreadsheet
2. select columns G to M
3. right-click on the column headings and delete all selected columns
4. select lines 24 to 47
5. right-click on the line headings and delete all selected lines

Expected:

The borders that were in the delete columns and lines are gone.

Actual:

Deleting columns did clear the borders around the deleted cells, but the
borders around the deleted rows are still there.
