I fired up my Win 7 64-bit box to test:
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 39026305e25d3b010e95a0dfa3ae9ca4f1319e98
TinderBox: Win-x86@47-TDF, Branch:MASTER, Time: 2014-01-27_02:13:17

After starting up the .pptx file opened. But after opening google chrome and
some other apps, the .pptx froze the second time I tried to open it. I rebooted
my machine and when I tried to open it, I saw the same "General Input/Output"
error that I saw on my 32-bit box. All subsequent attempts to open the file
failed.

I then restarted my 32-bit box, and the file opened again, but failed to open
after I had opened up some additional apps.

Could this be a memory allocation/de-allocation issue? It does not show up when
the OS's memory is relatively clean(after a reboot).
