But anyway, after setting "High Contrast White" Win 7 Theme, icons still are unreadable. BUT when my cursor points them, they are. I think it should work at least inversely or .. we can dream of icons that, when selected, are marked by rectagle drawn from lines and spaces, which are moving, so it gets any attention.
