Attched a screen shot of the bug

Problem description: When trying to decrease the indentation Writer will not
decrease the indentation to be in the correct position.

Steps to reproduce:
Described in the attached screen shot.

Current behavior:
The numbering character will keep going further away and the text will stay in
its original place. Also, if you keep pressing decrease indentation the
number/character will keep going out of the sheet.

Expected behavior:
The numbering character and text should align with the previous lines and
should change its character accordingly and should move together not only the
numbering character. Also, if the user keep hitting decrease indentation the
numbering character should not leave the sheet border, It should stay at the
left most but not leaving the page.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.1.0.4 release
