I installed the new "4.2.0.4" after successfully running prior RCs. LibreOffice
starts fine but when I open a file (I used Impress) it quickly crashes. I tried
installing, re-installing, going back to previous release and nothing worked.
Then I read about "profile corruption" and renamed my old profile from
\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice to "LibreOffice-old" and then restarted
LibreOffice. LibreOffice immediately re-created the
\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice folder and associated files. Everything works fine
now.
I'm not sure how my profile got corrupted?
