Priority: medium
Bug ID: 74341
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Dialog box looping
Severity: critical
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Windows (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.2.0.4 release
Component: Libreoffice
Product: LibreOffice
On upgrading to the latest version and running the application as a standard
user a dialog box opens and says:-
"The LibreOffice configuration has been changed. Under Tools - Options -
LibreOffice - Advanced, select the Java runtime environment you want to have
used by LibreOffice."
The dialog box has an OK box to click, which does close the box, only for it to
immediately reopen. It will never allow the software to run, and thus does NOT
allow LibreOffice to run.
The above behaviour does NOT occur when logging on as an administrator, when
the user interface does open properly. However, the settings for an
administrator do NOT carry over to a standard user, which should happen.
