With customized installation of LO 4.1 it is not possible to install missing
modules after upgrade top 4.2.
Had LO 4.1 installed without Math and Base modules (customized install on
modules selection screen). After upgrade to 4.2 bot Math and Base modules are
not available (no files, unable to open them from starting screen) and due to
removal of modules selection screen during installation it's not possible to
install them. Reinstallation or repair function do not bring missing modules.
