Reproducible in Writer, Calc, Draw, or Impress:
Go to View > Zoom...
See that this menu entry, despite having a submenu has an ellipsis at the end.
However, ellipses are conventionally an indicator that a command will open a
dialogue. Thus, this is confusing.
(There is also an actual Zoom dialogue which is located under View > Zoom... >
Zoom... and uses the same UI string.)
