@keyopen : what are your security settings ? Probably set to only allow Apple
Developer certified apps or from certified sources, I guess.

If you unset that option in your OS security preferences, i.e. turn off
Gatekeeper to install the language pack, and then turn it back on again
afterwards, the lanugage pack should install.

The language packs are not signed. This is not a new problem. Personally, the
workaround of switching off the security settings and switching them back on
again is an ugly hack, IMHO.

COnfirming, because I experienced exactly the same problem with the
installation of 4.1.4.2 on OSX Mavericks, but worked around it by turning off
Gatekeeper, installing the langpack, and then turning back on.

The problem won't be resolved for the majority of Mac users until we can sign
langpacks...
