--- Comment #2 from Joe Gross <[email protected]> --- Attached is a sheet that demonstrates these issues. The first sheet has three columns. The second sheet has three columns that I want to use to do data validation of the columns on the first sheet. I go to the second sheet and define data ranges called category, subcategory and status for the three cell ranges (starting at row 2 and only selecting cells with data in them.) I go to the first page and try to set up data validity based on those cell range names. I cannot get column 2 to use the subcategory data range; it keeps selecting category. Also, I save the file and select the MS Office format, not ods. When I re-open the sheet, all of the columns show N/A when I try to select from the dropdown list. Please let me know if you need any more information from me. Joe Gross SCT Associates (708)425-0205 [email protected] -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
