this is screen capture of the conditional formatting window, buttons at bottom
fall off the screen.

Problem description: window for conditional formatting too large for screen;
this does not allow me to click OK after setting a new conditional formatting
condition.

Steps to reproduce:
1. click on a cell
2. in menu format, click conditional formatting
3. set the condition, now the buttons for OK or cancel fall below the bottom of
the screen, window can not be adjusted(most of the window is empty ,so it
should be made less heihg)....

Current behavior:window buttons not shown so I cannot approve the new
conditional formatting conditions

Expected behavior:to show the window buttons on the screen.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.0.4 release
Last worked in: 4.1.4.2 release
