Problem description:
pop up on start message states "new changes to JRE..., go to tool s menu...'
This popup will not release and re-pops. program never runs
and won't get out of memory. Must use task manager to stop process.
Latest Java is already installed 7-15.
Steps to reproduce:
1. install
2. run
3. note popup and memory jam
Current behavior:
DOESN'T WORK !
Expected behavior:
WORK !
