Data numbers in your sample are text, and on the last versions, LibreOffice is much more restrictive about the interpretation of numbers entered as text. As I know only direct references works now, as is visible in column D formulas, but function with a range as parameter don't work any more, as is the case with SUM() in row 5. For change this numbers as text to true numbers, you can use Menu/Data/Text to Columns. Also with Search&Replace (verify cells are not formatted as text) search for .* replace with: & with regular expressions enable.
