demo document with graphic
When opening the attached document you can see a graphic in the preview. If you
start the presentation mode it disappears.
Steps to reproduce:
- open document
- start presentation
Expected:
- presentation looks like preview
Actual:
- image is missing in presentation mode

Behavior is the same in LO 4.1.4.2 from ppa and LO 4.0.2 Ubuntu Version.
