Bug 61186 isn't really relevant I believe. What is going on here (I imagine) is
that the printer reports a list of paper sizes that it is able to print onto
and the selected custom size is not one of them, so the next largest size paper
that the printer says it can print onto is shown.

It shouldn't really matter though should it ? I mean I believe we print onto
the top left corner of the sheet, so we'll print in the top left 7.25" x 5.25"
box of what we believe is the A5 sheet, so if you load the printer with 7.25" x
5.25" paper it should work anyway, no ?

Do you have any other applications that behave differently in a way that
appears to make more sense ?
