I'm using LibreOffice Calc Version: 4.1.3.2 Build ID: 410m0(Build:2) on 64-bit
Ubuntu 13.10.  I have set my locale to English (USA).

Steps to Reproduce:
 - Open LibreOffice Calc
 - Click in a cell in a blank spreadsheet
 - Type in 3/3/2013
 - Press Enter
 - Watch cell change to 03/03/13

The same thing happens if the locale is English (UK) - the month and day are
reversed, but the year still shows up in 2 digits even if I type in 4.  This is
very ambiguous when people from the US and Europe (or really the rest of the
world) share files.
