.csv and .txt files
Comma delimited files (.csv) downloaded from PayPal opened in Calc are
displayed with the entire document in A1 as Japanese (or maybe Chinese)
characters.
This also occurs with Tab delimited (.txt) files.
The .csv file displays correctly with Excel (Office 2010) but the .txt file
does not. Excel tries to treat it as a picture.
Not sure if I got the hardware right.
