          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 74941
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Mediawiki wrongly converting math formula to latex
                    (lline, rline)
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: filters and storage
           Product: LibreOffice

The following formula from the formula module in LO-writer
    left lline x=y right rline
properly displays with vertical bars as delimiters left and right.
Exporting via the built-in mediawiki filter (not the extension
Writer2MediaWiki) turns it into
    <math>\left(x=y\right)</math>
which displays with round parentheses instead.

The correct translatation would be (left lline, right rline) to (\left|,
\right|). If I knew where to find it, I could help tracing it down in the
source code but do not know where to start.

Cheers!
Stefan Mueller, Switzerland
