We just need the "surround footer" and "surround header" options to be present for new files for editing in libreoffice, so we can remove page borders from around header and footer, but leave them surrounding the main text in the document. I´ve created a bounty. If someone would like to price it, tell me, and if affordable, we will insert money int he bony.
