In Writer 4.2 the page numbering restarts erroneously when a paragraph
identation has changed manually using the ruler handles. The page following the
change is always numbered as "1". The problem applies also to documents created
with previous versions of the app. The bug does not show when changing the
paragraph formatting from the menu.
