If you export a PDF and set a "permission" password, the settings for printing
don't work correctly anymore.
When I set printing to "not permitted", the PDF allows printing in full
resolution (checked with Acrobat).
With "150 dpi" set, it's still the same.
With "high resolution" set, the PDF can not be printed.
The "Changes" were set to "none allowed", a quick test shows no difference when
"changes" are set to "any except extracting pages".
Can anyone confirm the issue?
