It is reproducible with LO 4.2.0.4 (Win 8.1). Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new presentation with IMPRESS 2. Write in the main text box two text lines (e.g. one with font size Arial 20 and one with Liberation Sans 32) 3. Save the file as an odp file 4. Save it in addition as a pptx file 5. Close both files and reopen them with IMPRESS Results: The comparison shows that both files show different font sizes. In the pptx all the font size is reduced. I think that IMPRESS is with that bug not usable for pptx files (changed importance to critical).
