It is TDF’s policy to require new reports for failed test after the feature is only partially implemented? If you're going to use this bug to close other reports, shouldn't those reports be working? So when a feature is not implemented, reporters should always use in the title, "implemented it perfectly" or they will have to keep filing bug reports during the development cycle.
