Priority: medium
Bug ID: 75150
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Un-hided cell comments copied twice when copy sheet
Severity: major
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: x86 (IA32)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.1.5.3 release
Component: Spreadsheet
Product: LibreOffice
Problem:
When copy a sheet with un-hided cell comments, the cell comments are copied
twice in the target sheet.
Steps to reproduce:
1. New calc spreadsheet, insert a comment in A1, set the comment as "Show";
2. Copy sheet1 as "Sheet1_2";
3. In Sheet1_2 drag-and-drop the comment box. You will see another comment box
"under" it (at some cases it's not "under", but shows two arrows).
Current behaviour:
The comment appeared twice in Sheet1_2.
Expected behaviour:
The comment is not copied twice, as it is in Sheet1.
Tested in 4.2.1.1 and 4.1.5.3, all of which are the same behaviour, no matter
the file is .ods, .xls, or .xlsx.
Not reproducible when the comment is set "Hide".
OS: Ubuntu 13.10 x86.
