In the meantime I mark this as NEEDINFO.
If I'm right Bug 67347 and Bug 71961 are the same problem (probably a FILEOPEN
issue) then the current report could be marked again as DUPLICATE.
otherwise if I'm wrong you should revert status to REOPENED.
