Thank you for your report.
LibO allows you to affect to you slides:
- different "master" slides,
- different layouts,
- different styles for slides components.
It might appear rough-and-tumble (need to find and read the doc), but are you
sure that you cannot fit your need with that?
Anyway, enhancement, not bug.
