When you open the template wizard for choosing a template this window insists
to be in foreground and you cannot switch to any other program.
How to reproduce:
1. Open Libreoffice and make a new sheet using File/New/Templates.
2. Try to switch to desktop or to another program.
What happens: The wizard insists to be open in front of all other actions.
Expected: The wizard should allow to be in background or to be minimized to
bar.
Using the minimize icon on the window itself has the effect that it minimizes
and then automatically returns.
