To repoduce this bug, copy an image into Draw and move the image or resize it.
There is a noticable lag in performing these two actions making working with
images in Draw difficult.
On the same machine, I copied the same image into Inkscape and performed the
same actions without any lag.

2GB Ram
AMD HD7770
Software: Ubuntu Gnome 14.04
Libreoffice 4.2.0.4
Mesa 10.1 rc1
