Print preview of envelope/header and printer settings
Problem description:
Printing an envelope addresses are misaligned.My Libre Office version is
reported as 4.2.1.1 Build ID: 420m0(Build:1) I just installed the update
yesterday.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Insert Envelope (#10) populates return address and addressee correctly
from the associated letter which printed perfectly on 8.5" by 11" letter size
paper.
2. ....After selecting Envelope size and placing envelope in proper tray
according to Epson user guide envelope is printed upside down and with
addresses shifted about an inch lower than they shoule be.
3. ....Preview shows a size that is too large and includes a space for a
header. Deletion of the header does not work
Current behavior: misprints envelopes upside down and misaligned
Expected behavior: document printed perfectly. Envelope not so much.
