1) Open a LibreOffice document (Writer, Calc) and minimize it
2) Open an Explorer window, or any file manager, and use it to launch another
LibreOffice document
The second LibreOffice document runs maximized but stays in background, doesn't
get the focus.
The first LibreOffice document to be launched, opens in foreground regularly.
