The new Sifr theme has the unfortunate property of being rather hard to see on
dark backgrounds. Since LibreOffice is not able to recolor icons automatically
or to use SVG icons, it is probably necessary to create a new theme.
+ Proposed theme name: Sifr Light
+ Proposed base color: #d3d7cf (from Tango palette: second from left, v/ second
from right for normal Sifr)
+ Should inherit icons missing in Sifr Light itself from hicontrast theme.
