In Extension Manager on OS X on 4.2.1.1 all bundled extensions except for the
dictionary extension of the UI language appear unlocalized although these
strings are localized in po files (in this case Slovenian LO has all bundled
extensions listed in English, except for Slovenian langpack, which is in
Slovenian).
