No, it is not. Why do you think that? I see that there is no file attached. I thought I had attached a file. Did you remove the attached file? If I did not attach any file, how can you know whether the file is "the same exact file"? As I wrote in my original bug description, I do not think this is the same problem as bug 73936. The file attached to bug 73936 can be fixed by replacing all non breaking spaces with normal spaces.
