need to make the height of the rectangle 5 mm
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. place retangle on a slide
2. open retangle property
3. set height = 5mm
4. click OK
5. open property
Current behavior: the height = 10mm
Expected behavior: the height = 5mm
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.1.1 release
