A screenshot of the usual and expected behaviour shown in MS Office 2007 vs
LibreOffice 4.2.2.1

**Problem description:
Bullets/Numbers indentation is not controllable via the ruler; there's no
movable arrows appearing when selecting the one or more bullets or numbers.

**Steps to reproduce:
1. Write a couple of sentences each in one separate line.
2. Select the sentences and toggle bullets.
3. Select the bullets by left clicking.

**Current behavior:
No movable arrows appearing when selecting the one or more bullets or numbers.

**Expected behavior:
Small arrows should appear in the ruler when clicking the bullets/numbers
allowing a quick way to adjust their indentation.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.2.2.1 rc
