You can find information about user profile, their location and their content
in https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile.
If you have updating form a 3.x version, your macros I think mus be in:
...\libreoffice\3\user\Scripts
copying it to
...\libreoffice\4\user\Scripts
should recover for your new version.
