the document with wrong TOC example
I've to layout the small book of lyrics written by my wife. The most of lirycs
are in russian, few of them she translated for our german speaking friends. As
soon as i've tried to put these translated lyrics into, the TOC does going
made, showing the every line of it. The stripped document is attached.
