Have tested the attachment.
Works right in LO 3.3.4. Since LO 3.4.0beta1 one row is added in Calc.

When you filter the data and click in the left upper corner of the query (or,
as I tried, the query as view), you could see at the top of the window
something like row 1 to 14 (42).
All versions, which add a row in Calc, show this misleading message. Seems the
query-editor couldn't count the max. numbers of rows.

If you try to copy the query without a filter it will work. It shows 1 to 28
(28) and copies 28 rows to Calc. But when you set the filter an remove it is
the same behavior with the whole query. Shows here 1 to 28 (70) ore some other
numbers all greater than 28.

I will set the bug to new, the version to the first the bug appears, the
platform to "all" (my system is OpenSUSE 12.3 64bit rpm Linux) and the keyword
"regression".
