Create 2 lines of text Select both Select format/ bullets and numbering / outline / numeric and all sub-levels (this is bottom row second from the right). OK 2 lines in list are now numbered 1;2 Select second line press tab second line is now indented but incorrectly numbered 1 So both lines in the list are now numbered 1.
