A sample file protected file

Problem description:

If I open my password protected file from writer it works ok. However if I try
to open it from shell I get a filter selection window which by the way doesn't
include at all odt format.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Save a test file protected by password (save as and check "save with
password").
2. From shell type libreoffice --writer my-pass-protected-file.odt

Current behavior:
A filter selection window apperars with 3 entries: OpenOffice.org 1.0 graphic,
ODF graphics & Help content.

Expected behavior:
The file is opened and the password dialog is shown.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.2.1.1 release
