A screenshot of template manager (default).
If you organize your templates using subfolders they are properly shown in
template manager and can be opened correctly (see attachment
0_template_manager_default.png)
But if you have more than 4 (so that you have to scroll the window) all further
subfolder are NOT clickable any more (see attachment
1_template_manager_scrolled.png).
Resizing the window, so that all available subfolders are shown WITHOUT
scrolling, re-activates them (see attachment 2_template_manager_resized.png.
