DOCX file containing table at the beginning

Problem description:
If a document contains a table right at the beginning of the document, and all
the document is selected using 'CTRL+A' and then deleted - all the contents is
lost. Then, when the user undos (using CTRL+Z) - the table is returned, with
the text of the first row misplaced.
For DOCX and ODT files text is misplaced, only with DOCX - there is also a page
break inserted.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the attached DOCX or ODT
2. Select all contents in document by clicking CTRL+A
3. Delete all contents by clicking 'DEL'
4. Undo the operation by clicking 'CTRL+Z'
5. Table's first row text is misplaced

Current behavior:
Table's first row text is misplaced

Expected behavior:
Table deletion should be undone without side-effects.

Operating System: All
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+ Master
