LibreOffice in fullscreen mode
In Mac OS fullscreen mode (Mac OS X > 10.7), menubar will disappear (correctly)
but screen will not be resized to hide the withe ribbon. Look at Safari, Mail
or some other Apple application for the correct behavior.
