Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. right click on Quick start
2. Try to select option "check for updates"
3. Realise it is not part of the options available
Current behavior:
Not able to to check for updates unless starting one of the LO applications
Expected behavior:
Be able to right-click the quickstart icon in order to check for updates
without starting one of the applications.
Operating System: Windows 8
