Excel test file

this is a problem of portability of an Excel file to libreoffice Calc.
I use my home to an Excel 2007 on a 64bit W7
and work there libreoffice V 4.1.5.3 on XP SP3

In the Excel 2007 file, a scrollbar changes the cell value from 0 to 20 by
increments of 5.

I open the excel file with libreoffice calc

1)If I save the file as xlsx and opens with libreoffice calc I'm fine from 0 to
15 in increments of 5, but the next value is 16!?

2)If I save the file in xls format and opens with libreoffice calc I'm fine
from 0 to 15 in increments of 5, but the next value is 19!?

in both cases when I open the settings window scrollbar in libreoffice Calc I
have min = 0 and max = 20 but it is not the value available in the linked cell.

Use scrollbar in calc works very well, the problem is to open an Excel file
containing scrollbar. I tried several different settings but the last value is
never okay.
