In LO right indent is working when done with the toolbar(and works fine in ods). Even if it has not been documented. It is not yet available in FORMAT - CELLS dialog but it's beeing looked after( bug 76372 ) The issue here is that right indent is applied randomly in the attached file. It should either work for all identical cells or not work at all. I hope these complementary info would help you out ?
